The small queen room was cosy with lovely decor as well as bath. Fab location, near to train line and the Harbour and the railway track/ river into Whitby, nonetheless the area was unwelcoming.
The bed in our room was rock hard.

Tidy and lovely place and the breakfast was great! The beds were extremely comfy, I slept well. The pool was great and I had cool drinks in the main bar. Top location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Sneaton Castle. Also, I loved how strategic the location was.

My experience at this handy hotel was very very good. Kudos to amicable staff, absolutely superb views, comfortable location not far from the hill, Whitby. Food was savoury & the bar was busy.
Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

The hotel was picture perfect, but I stayed for 2 nights only. Loved my stay, it was fantastic, the service was extraordinary. Budget and beautifully decorated room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.
